Styr (the “Service”, “we”, “our”) is operated by the Styr team. You can reach us at support@styrbiz.com for product matters and platform@styrbiz.com for enterprise and platform queries.

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your workspace, including any team members you invite. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Accounts must be created by humans aged 18+ acting on behalf of a real organisation. Automated, scraped, or fraudulently created accounts will be terminated without notice.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract Styr's source code or AI prompts.
• Use Styr to build or train a competing product.
• Upload data you do not have lawful permission to process.
• Interfere with the Service's infrastructure, rate-limits, or security boundaries.
• Resell or sublicense Styr without a written agreement.

Styr processes the operational data you supply — KPIs, decisions, outcomes, integration metadata — to generate signals, recommendations, and AI assistant responses. You retain all ownership of your data; we receive a limited licence to operate the Service on your behalf.

AI outputs are recommendations, not guarantees. You remain responsible for every business decision you take. Confidence scores and reasoning are surfaced so you can verify each suggestion before acting. Styr is not liable for decisions taken solely on AI output.

Paid plans are billed in advance and automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We will notify you of material price changes at least 30 days in advance.

You may close your account at any time from the Settings panel. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with or without notice depending on severity. Upon termination, you retain the right to export your data for 30 days; after that the workspace and its records are permanently deleted.

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Styr disclaims all implied warranties (merchantability, fitness for purpose, non-infringement). Aggregate liability is capped at the amount paid to Styr in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or business-loss damages.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Styr's registered place of business. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first; failing that, by binding arbitration in the same jurisdiction.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be notified through the workspace and via email. Continuing to use Styr after a change constitutes acceptance. See also our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.
